摘要
利用9个籼、粳稻品种,7个广亲和品种,配制单交F_1、回交及三交组合,研究了粳稻品种4502与广亲和品种间F_1不育性的遗传。根据与品种4502杂交F_1的亲和性,可将参试的广亲和品种分为两组,Ⅰ组是与4502亲和的品种,如Dular和02428;Ⅱ组是与4502不亲和的品种,如热研1号、Moroberekan和CPSLO 17。回交和三交组合的育性分离表明,4502和Ⅱ组广亲和品种间杂种F_1花粉不育性受单座位孢子体—配子体等位基因互作控制,将这一基因座暂定名为S-D(t)。广亲和品种Dular在此基因座具有广亲和基因S^n-D(t)。
9 varieties of japonica and indica rice, and 7 WCVs were used and F1 hybrids,
backcrosses and three-varietal crosses (TVC) were made in order to study the inheritance of
sterility in F1s between japonica rice 4502 and several WCVs. On the basis of the compatibility
with 4502, the WCVs tested may be classified into two groups, i. e. the group I WCV was
compatible with 4502 such as Dular and 02428; the group II WCV was incompatible with 4502
such as Nekken 1, Moroberekan and CPSLO 17. The segregation pattern for the sterility in sev
eral backcrosses and TVC could be explained by a single locus sporogametophytic allelic interac
tion model. The locus for the F1s pollen sterility between 4502 and the group II WCV was desig
nated as S-D(t) tentatively. Variety Dular was found to have neutral allele Sn-D(t) at the lo
cus.
