摘要
经过在三峡工程、小湾水电站、溪洛渡、向家坝、锦屏一、二级水电站工程的推广使用,由中国水利水电第七工程局有限公司研制的液、气压式灌浆塞已基本上能满足高压固结、帷幕灌浆的技术要求和实际施工要求。特别是近期又通过有关技术合作,研发了高压微型空气压缩机、串浆返浆预警装置、串浆返浆处理装置,且现已满足了在岩基灌浆施工中的各项技术要求和工艺。
Through the application and popularization in Three Gorges Project and the hydropower development projects such as Xiaowan, Xiluodu, Xiangjiaba, Jinping Ⅰ and Ⅱ, etc. , the hydraulic and pneumatic grouting packer developed by Foundation Engineering Branch of Sinohydro Bureau 7 Co. , Ltd. has basically met the technical requirements on the high pressure consolidation and curtain grouting. Especially, the high pressure micro air-compressor, pre-warning device for grout leaking and returning, treatment device for grout leaking and returning have been also developed recently through the relevant technical cooperation; which have already satisfied all the technical requirements and the technologies for the grouting of foundation rock at present.
