摘要 南水北调中线工程(北京段)大型管道输水系统惠南庄—大宁段全长约56.40 km,泵站加压输水结合小流量自流,运行工况复杂,压力变幅大。文中对长距离输水管道空气阀性能、运行方式、实物性能测试等进行分析论证,以保证压力输水管线安全、可靠、高效运行。 The total length of the water conveyance system built up of a large-scale pipeline from Huinanzhuang to Daning is almost 56.40 km, which is within the Mid-route (Beijing Section) of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project. Under a complicated operation condition with larger pressure fluctuation, the section operates with water conveyance pressurized by pumping in combination with gravity flow of a lower flow rate. The performance, operating mode and the actual testing of the air valve for the long-distance water conveyance pipeline are analyzed and demonstrated herein, so as to ensure the safe, reliable and high effective operation of the pipeline concerned.
