细胞分裂素对大豆种子发育时期同化物卸出及胚代谢的影响 被引量:10

摘要 用微注射法将不同浓度的细胞分裂素(激动素,KT)引入开花后30天的大豆种子胚与种皮间的质外体空间,同时给叶片饲喂^(14)CO_2,以种皮和子叶中放射强度占总放射强度的百分比来进行比较分析KT对同化物卸出的影响,结果表明;10^(-4)、10^(-5)mol/L的KT促进种皮中同化物的卸出和向子叶中的分配。同时测定了种皮和胚中的酸性转化酶和ATP酶的活性,KT使种皮中酸性转化酶活性增加,而ATP酶活性降低,由此促进种皮同化物的卸出;胚中的ATP酶活性增加,提供更多的能量,有利于对糖的主动吸收。分析了胚中的糖和蛋白质的转化及蛋白酶的活性,看出KT对胚代谢产生了影响,但是情况较为复杂,尚未明确其内在联系。 Applying KT to soybean seeds of 30 d. after flowering by microinjection and feeding 14CO2 to leaf at the sametime, the effects of KT on assimilate unloading were assayed. 10-4 and 10-5 mol/L KT enhanced assimilate unloading and transport from seed coat to cotyle don. Effects of KT on the unloading of assimilate in the developing seeds were closely related to the activity of acid invertase and ATPase. The unloading of assimilates from seed coats was en hanced as the invertase activity increased and ATPase activity decreased in seed coat. However, increase of ATPase activity in embryo treated with KT provided more ATP for taking up sugar. The contents of sugar, protein and protease activity were analysed. The metabolic changes in embryo induced by KT were complicated.
