春小麦NPK营养效率的基因型差异研究 Ⅰ.几项差异评价指标的总变异及其相关分析 被引量:16

摘要 采用土培试验,在不施肥(CK)和施肥(NPK)条件下,研究了100个春小麦基因型NPK营养效率差异的几项评价指标的总变异及其相关性。结果表明,在相同供肥条件下,籽粒产量、生物学产量、体内NPK含量及其积累量、养分利用效率等参数,基因型间差异显著;在不同供肥条件下,相对产量、相对生物量、增产率和肥料养分利用效率等参数,基因型间差异十分显著,且以籽粒产量计算的各参数的变异大于以生物产量计算的各参数的变异。相关分析表明,相对产量与相对生物量、增产率与肥料养分利用效率间里极显著正相关,而相对产量与增产率、肥料养分利用效率间里极显著负相关。综合分析认为,采用产量、相对产量或增产率或肥料养分利用效率或任意二者相结合,可以作为NPK营养效率基因型差异的筛选指标。 Pot experiment was conducted to study on the total variation in several different evaluation indices and their relationships in NPK nutrient efficiency among 100 wheat genotypes without fertilization and with fertilization. The results showed that these indices of grain yield, bioyield, NPK concentration and accumulation in wheat plant, NPK utilization efficiency were significantly different among the genotypes at the same NPK supply.Under various NPK supply, these indices of relative grain yield (RGY), relative bioyield (RBY), grain yield increasing percentage (GYIP) and NPK utilization efficiency from fertilizers (NUEF) were very significantly different among the genotypes, and the variations of them were much more calculations on the basis of grain yield than ones on the basis of bioyield. The results of correlation analysis showed that there are significantly positive correlation between RGY and RBY, between GYIP and NUEF, but there are a significantly negative correlation between RGY and GYIP or NUEF. According to the results above,these indices of GY, RGY, GYIP and NUEF or both of them can be used as the criteria for selecting and identifying high NPK-efficiency genotypes of spring wheat.
