摘要
"网络民意"是民众以互联网为载体,表达出来的意见、观点和诉求等的总称,与传统民意表达方式相比,它有自身的特点。从"邓玉娇案"中网络民意与政府互动模式可以看出,政府与网民在互动过程中应主动发布信息,加强与传统媒体的沟通,要把与网络民意互动视为政府工作的常态内容。
Netizen opinions are the overall of opinion, idea and demand which are expressed on intemet. Compared to conventional expression of public opinions, netizen opinions have their own characteristics. This essay analyses the interactive mode of nefizen opinions and governments, illustrated by the case of Deng Yujiao. In the interactive process, the governments should release information forwardly, strengthen communication with traditional media, and regard the interaction as the routine of the governments.
