This article introduces Professor Wu Yunding＇ s experience in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis. It is believed that this disease results from kidney deftciency in the root, and wind, cold, dampness and blood stasis in the tip; that the treatment aims to disperse wind cold or activate blood and resolve stasis on the basis of tonifying the kidney.
