摘要
目的进一步探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌的发生机制。方法选择手术切除的原发性乳腺浸润性导管癌标本66例(观察组),另取距癌灶<5 cm正常乳腺组织30例(对照组),采用免疫组化SP法检测其KAI1基因蛋白、骨桥蛋白(OPN)、基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-9表达情况,采用Spearm an等级相关分析法分析三指标间及与乳腺浸润性导管癌病理特征的关系。结果观察组与对照组KAI1阳性表达率分别为45.45%、83.33%,OPN阳性表达率分别为74.24%、33.33%,MMP-9阳性表达率分别为63.64%、40.00%,两两比较P均<0.05;三者的表达与乳腺浸润性导管癌淋巴结转移、肿瘤复发及5 a生存率密切相关;KAI1与OPN、MMP-9呈负相关,OPN与MMP-9呈正相关。结论KAI1、OPN、MMP-9异常表达在乳腺浸润性导管癌发生、发展中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the pathogenesis of invasive breast ductal carcinoma(IDC)further. Methods The expression of KAI1, OPN, MMP-9 were detected by immunohistochemistry in 66 IDC ,issues and 33 normal mammary specimen, the correlations among them and which with the clinical pathological characteristics were analyzed by Spearman rank correlation method. Results In IDC and normal mammary tissues, the positive rates of KAI1 were 45.45%, 83.33%, the positive rates of OPN were 74.24% ,33.33%, the positive rates of MMP-9 were 63.64% ,40.00% (P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of KAI1, OPN, MMP-9 were closely correlated with the histological grade, lymph node tastasis, recurrence and 5-year survival rates of IDC(P 〈 0.05 ). There were negative correlations between the expression of KAI1 and OPN, MMP-9, and positive correlation was found between the expression of OPN and MMP-9. Conclusions The abnormal expression of KAll ,OPN and MMP-9 play important role in the occurrence and development of IDC.
