新城疫病毒反向遗传技术的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 近期新城疫病毒的反向遗传操作技术发展非常迅速,成为新城疫研究的重点。新城疫的反向遗传操作可以研究新城疫病毒基因组的功能,更重要的是能够用新城疫病毒表达外源基因,用于制备二联或是多联疫苗。本文将新城疫反向遗传的操作技术和应用做简要综述。
