摘要
介绍了一种具有良好压控特性的晶体振荡器的设计方法。阐述了产生压控晶体振荡器压控特性非线性的原因,介绍了VCXO设计过程中主要元件的选择和设计,并且设计和制作了一个工作频率为10MHZ,具有一个粗调节压控端和一个微调节压控端的压控晶体振荡器。该电路通过MAX828来改善VCXO的电压控制范围及压控线性。实验证明了该设计的正确性。
A design way of a well voltage-controlled characteristic VCXO is presented. The reason for VCXO nonlinear output has been elaborated firstly. The element choice and the design of VCXO has been introduced. Then an voltage-controlled crystal oscillator whose operating frequency is 10 MHz is de- signed and manufactured and it has a coarse adjustment voltage controller and a micro adjustment voltage controller. The range and nonlinearity of VCXO is improved through MAX828 in this circuit. Finally the data which obtained through the experiment has been recorded. Correctness of this design is confirmed.
