摘要
江西井冈山产的细叶香桂(CinnamomumsubaveniumMiq.)鲜叶阴干后经常压水蒸汽蒸馏获得ω=2.46%的精油,应用Finnigan-Mat4510GC/MS/DS进行化学成分的定性定量分析,共检出36种化学成分,鉴定了其中34种化学成分,占该精油含量的99.67%。其中:精油主要成分有丁香酚(eugenol)89.80%,1,8-桉叶油素(1,8-cineole)1.90%,2-丙烯基苯酚(2-alyl-phenal)1.80%,芳樟醇(linalool)1.50%,水杨酸甲脂(methyl-salicylate)0.55%,但此精油不含黄樟油素(safrole)。本文首次报道该精油的全成分,为进一步开发利用这一植物资源提供了科学依据。
The essential oil was obtained at the rate of 2.46% by steam distillation of dried fresh leaves of Cinnamomum subavenium Miq.collected from Jinggangshan in Jiangxi Province under normal pleasure.The essential oil was analysed by GC /MS /DS on the Finnigan-Mat 4510 instrument.As a result,34 constituents were isolated and dentified,their content accounted for 99.67% of the essential oil.The major constituents are eugenol (89.80%),1,8-cineole (1.90%),2-allyl-phenal (1.80%),linalool (1.50%) and methyl salicylate (0.55%) etc,But the essential oil does not contain safrole,which is its conspicuous characteristic.The essential oil is rich in the sweet smell-aroma of eugenol and is well fit for compounding perfumes for food,cigaret,cosmetic,medicine and so on.This article reports all the constituents of the wild plant resource of Cinnamomum subavenium Miq.for the first time,Which prorides the scientific basis for further exploitation and utilization of this plant.
