中药诱导骨髓间充质干细胞向神经样细胞分化的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 骨髓间充质干细胞具有较强的自我复制和多向分化能力,近几年发现在一定的条件下,能够诱导分化为神经细胞。由于其具有取材方便,回植后不会发生免疫排斥反应,体外基因转染率高并能稳定高效表达外源基因等优点,将为神经系统疾病的治疗提供新的思路。通过分析相关文献着重对中药诱导骨髓间充质干细胞向神经样细胞分化方面的研究进行综述。
