胫骨钻孔及后期自体皮移植治疗大面积胫骨外露

Treatment of large area tibia reveal by drilling and grafting self skin

目的探讨经骨表面钻孔及后期自体皮移植治疗大面积胫骨外露的方法。方法34例因各种原因使胫骨表面皮肤及软组织大面积缺损致胫骨大面积外露的患者,彻底清创后,在胫骨表面钻孔,肉芽组织覆盖外露骨面后行肉芽创面清创植自体皮术。结果34例患者均治愈,住院时间为2～5个月,平均住院时间3个月。结论在胫骨表面钻孔,后期植自体皮可治愈大面积胫骨外露。

Objective To explore the treatment of large area tibia reveal by drilling the tibia and grafting self skin.Methods 34 patients have large area tibia reveal, who have missed the skin and soft tissue on the tibia by all kind injury .After thoroughly debriding , we drill hole on the tibia surface. When the granulation tissue covers the reveal tibia surface, the self skin was grafted onto the granulation surface.Results All 34 patients healed, the in hospital time was 2- 5 months,The average in hospital time was 3 months. Conclusion The means of drilling on the tibia surface and grafting self skin may cure the large area tibia reveal.
