摘要
针对交流永磁同步电机伺服系统对指令跟踪性和抗扰性要求高的特点,采用对二自由度实用型PID进行简化,设计出一个目标值滤波器型二自由度PID控制器,实现交流永磁同步伺服系统的跟踪和抗扰的双优控制;解决了传统一自由度控制器在满足系统跟踪性能和抗干扰性能要求方面存在不可兼得的矛盾。仿真结果表明:该方案能解决传统PID存在的缺陷,而且能有效抑制永磁同步电机在低速时产生的转速脉动问题。
Aim at the characteristic of high requirements of PMSM for tracking of instructions and anti-disturbance, a filter-target two degree-of-freedom controller was designed by simplified the practical two degree-of-freedom PID, which implement PMSM double optimal control of tracking and anti-disturbance. Therefore, solved the problem that the conventional single degree of freedom controller couldn't fit the demands of system tracking function and anti-disturbance simultaneously. The results verify that the proposed control scheme can not only remedy the defections of traditional PID, but also restrain efficiently torque ripple when PMSM run at low speed.
