摘要
财政政策对生活性基础设施、社会性基础设施投资具有显著的影响,以积极的财政政策对基础设施投资政策和结构适时进行调整,不仅有助于我们摆脱金融危机等经济发展的短期困境,而且从长远来看,也将有助于我国摆脱国内有效需求不足的困境,保持国民经济持续健康发展的动力。
The fiscal policy on the life of infrastructure,social infrastructure investment has significant causal relationship to the proactive fiscal policy on investment in infrastructure policy and structural adjustments in good time,not only help us out of the financial crisis in the short-term economic development,etc.difficulties in long-term goals,they will help out our country’s shortage of effective demand,and maintain the sustained and healthy economic development.
