摘要
压敏电阻在实际配合使用中会受到安装环境或者电流冲击而逐渐出现老化现象,因此对配合使用的压敏电阻性能的研究是非常必要的。在利用HAEFELY PSURGE30.2电流发生器对放电管和压敏电阻的配合电路进行相应大规模测试的基础上,研究压敏电阻的失效模式理论和分析实验现象,验证了压敏电阻和放电管在配合使用时有大大延长使用寿命、输出残压低等优点;并提出了在理想测试条件下压敏电阻失效的原因可能是由于平均功率过大失效和受潮失效导致的。这对压敏电阻在工程应用中有一定的指导参考意义。
In practical coordinated application, MOV may generally suffer aging due to the installation envirorment or the surge strikes, so it is much necessary to research on the properties of MOV in coordinated service. The HAEFELY PSURGE30.2 surge generator is used for a large amount of experiments on coordinated circuit of discharging tube and MOV, the failure models theory of MOV is studied and the experimental phenomanon is analyzed, it was verified that there are advantages of prolonging its life time and decreasing the output discharge voltage when the MOV used in coordination with discharging tube; on the another hand, it was considered that the failure of MOV may be caused by the excessive average power capability and moistening in ideal testing environment. It has certain referecial value in engineering application of MOV.
