摘要 选用丹东农业科学院选育的10个自交系及国内3个主要自交系,采用按NCⅡ(不完全双列杂交)设计的原理和方法对组配40个杂交种进行配合力分析,并估算其遗传参数。结果表明:DY-7、DY-1、DF-2和DF-1是GCA效应值表现优良的自交系。并筛选出高产组合DY-5×DF-2、DY-7×DF-1、DY-7×昌7-2;穗长、穗粗、穗行数、百粒重、株高、穗位等性状可以进行早代选择。产量、出籽率、行粒数,不宜早代选择。 10 Inbred lines that selected by Dandong Academic of Agricultural Sciences and other 3 main inbred lines were made in the study. The 13 inbred lines were designed by P1 × P2 uncompleted diallel cross of NC Ⅱ method to study on general combining ability and genetic parameters. The results showed that inbred lines of DY-7, DY -1,DF-2 and DF-1 had the higher general combining ability which crossed high yield hybrids of DY-5 ~ DF-2, DY-7 ~ DF-1, DF-7 ~ chang7-2. The agronomic traits of ear length, ear diameter, rows per ear, 100-kernels weight, plant height, ear height should be selected earlier, but yield, shelling percentage and kernels per row should be selected later.
