摘要
通过多年试验,测定不同地域和不同季节茶树鲜叶中茶多酚含量的变化,分析认为日照和温度在很大程度上影响其含量变化。在光照强和日照量大的条件下,鲜叶中茶多酚含量有明显增加的趋势。
Through many years' experiments, the content of catechine in fresh tea in different regions and in different seasons was measured. After analysing, the author bilieves that the sunshine and the temperature influence the content of the catechine greatly. With the strong illumination and sunshine, there is a obvious increase of catechine in fresh tea.
