小鼠腔前卵泡卵母细胞的采集、体外发育和体外成熟 被引量:2

摘要 采用机械法分离成年小鼠和13日龄小鼠腔前卵泡,两组中每只小鼠平均回收率分别为4929±1081和7683±915个;腔前卵泡卵母细胞培养10天后,两组恢复成熟分裂卵的比例分别为193%和209%。试验结果表明,小鼠腔前卵泡卵母细胞在培养后第5天开始发生GVBD,此后,GVBD和抛出pbI的卵母细胞数量逐日增加。 Preantral follicles were isolated from mouse ovaries by the mechanical method. In adult and 13-day-old mouse, the average recovery rate of preantral follicles was 49·29±10 81 and 76 83±9 15 per mouse, respectively. After the oocytes from preantral follicles were cultured for 10 days, the percentage of oocytes resuming meiosis in these two groups was 19 3% and 20 9%, respectively. It shows that GVBD began to occur in mouse oocytes from preantral follicles after culture on the 5th day in vitro. Thereafter, the number of oocytes generated GVBD and pbI increased day by day.
