痕量铁(Ⅲ)的催化比色测定

摘要 在硫酸介质中,抗坏血酸存在下,铁(Ⅲ)催化溴酸钾氧化结晶紫褪色,据此,建立了一种测定痕量铁(Ⅲ)的简单、灵敏的分析方法─催化比色法。该法线性范围是8~80ng/25mL,灵敏度为32×10-10g/mL。用于水及人发中痕量铁的测定,结果满意。 A simple and sensitive catalytic colorimetry has been developed for determining trace Fe(Ⅲ). It is based on the catalysis of Fe(Ⅲ) to decoloration of crystal violet oxidized with potassium bromate in diluted sulfuric acid medium in the presence of ascorbic acid. The linear range of determination is from 8 to 80 ng/25mL Fe(Ⅲ). The sensitivity is 3.2×10 -10 g/mL. The method has been applied to the determination of trace Fe(Ⅲ) in natural water and human hair with satisfactory results.
