摘要
实验研究了低品位钼精矿在氧化焙烧过程中温度、时间、通氧气次数、不同熔剂对钼的氧化转化率的影响.当氧化焙烧过程温度为625℃、焙烧2 h、间隙通氧气2次、物料比(物质的量比)为:n(Na2CO3)∶n(NaNO3)∶n(Mo)=2∶0.5∶1时,钼的得率大于98%.
The effects of temperature, time, air frequency and different fluxes on the recovery rate of mo- lybdenum for oxidation roasting on low grade molybdenum ore are discussed. The results showed that: temper- ature of 625℃, 2 hours, air twice and the amount of substance ratio beteen Na2CO3: NaCO3: Mo =2:0.5 : 1, and recovery of molybdenum is 98 % exceed.
