中国征地补偿机制——基于就业补偿视角分析

The Compensation Mechanism Study on Land Acquisition——View from the Employment Compensation

现行对被征地农民安置方式主要采取货币化安置,由于采取货币化安置只能解决被征地农民的近忧,却难以化解远虑,从而导致部分农民失地又失业。从就业补偿视角分析被征地农民的安置问题,促进被征地农民就业,实现被征地农民可持续生计。

With the rapid development of economy in China,the industrialization and urbanization have come into the acceleration period.The vast non-agriculture construction projects cause successive land demand.Massive farmlands are levied to meet the need of industrial construction,which causes many farmers lost their farmland.At present,farmers are mainly compensated by money.However,The monetary compensation only can solve the problems in near future,but cannot solve the foresight difficulties.This results in partial farmers becoming unemployed.Therefore,this study discusses farmer′s placement issue from the viewpoint of employment compensation which could realize the sustainable livelihood of farmers.
