摘要
2003年,《救助管理办法》出台,得到了社会的广泛赞誉。随着时间的推移,《救助管理办法》本身的不足逐渐暴露,亟待改进,以适应进一步建立健全社会救助体系的需要。
When ＂The Method of Rescue and Management＂ was issued,it received high praise from the society.As its implementation progressed,the disadvantages of ＂Method of rescue and management＂ are emerged,which result in new problems which need to be solved.So we should make further perfection for the social relieving system.
