摘要
通过贴滤纸片法对巴山冷杉精油及其几种新产品进行了水、空气和食品中常见菌的抑菌作用效果测试,结果表明:巴山冷杉精油对枯草杆菌、蜡状芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、青霉菌、黄曲霉菌、大肠杆菌、变形杆菌和酵母菌等8种菌均有明显的抑菌作用效果,其最佳作用浓度依次为10%、30%、30%、5%、5%、30%、30%和20%。巴山冷杉精油牙膏、香皂、香水、空气清新剂对以上菌种也具有良好的抑菌作用效果。
The germ inhibiting effect of essential oil of Farges fir and its products on some common bacteria and fungi fund in water, air and food has been tested with filterpaper. The results showed that the essential oil had significant germ inhibiting effect on Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus cerreus, Staphylococcus aureus, Penicillun, Aspergilus flavus, Escherichia, Proteus, Saccharomycete, and the best effective concentrations of the essential oil to these bacteria were 10%,30%,30%,5%,5%,30%,30%,and 20% respectivaly. The tooth paste, the toilet soap, the perfume and the air fresh made from the essential oil also had obvious germ inhibiting effect on the bacteria and fungi above .
