Researches on the Application and Utilization of Amorphophallus konjac

魔芋被认为是人类优质碳水化合物的来源之一，并在医药、保健和工业上有着广阔的应用前景。本文对魔芋的理化特性、药理作用、加工利用等方面的研究进行了评述。

Amorphophallus konjac is considered as one of the excellent carbonhydrate resourses. It shows a broad perspective in the application of medicine, health care and industry. This paper reviewed the reseaches of Amorphophallus konjac from aspects of physical and chemical properties, medicinal functions and processing.
