摘要
文章总结了红土镍矿湿法处理现状,即还原焙烧-氨浸法和加压酸浸法。介绍了几种新的红土镍矿湿法处理工艺,包括常压硫酸浸出法、盐酸浸出法、生物浸出法、碱融脱硅法等。碱融脱硅法有利于资源综合利用,硫酸堆浸技术将会有更大的发展空间。
The hydrometallurgical process status and some new research of laterite ore are introduced in this paper, including RRAL, HPAL, AL, ACPL, microbial leaching and pre-desilication by molten alkali. It is believed that pre-desilication by molten alkali is beneficial to comprehensive utilization of mineral resource and the sulphuric heap leaching will have further development.
