微量铟对稀土铝黄铜腐蚀性能影响

摘要 利用失重法、X射线衍射、电化学测试、扫描电镜等手段对比分析研究了含铟和不含铟的铈铝黄铜耐蚀性能。结果表明:铈铝黄铜的平均腐蚀速率为7.3×10-3mm/a,添加In后能大幅度提高极化电阻,减小腐蚀电流,合金耐腐蚀性能进一步得到提高,新型铟铈铝黄铜的腐蚀速率为6.7×10-3mm/a。 The corrosion property of the ceric aluminum brass with or without trace indium has been studied by means of weight loss measurement, electrochemical testing, X-Ray diffraction and scanning electron mi- croscopy. The results show that the average corrosion rate of the ceric aluminum brass is 7.3 ×10^-3 mm/a, while the average corrosion rate of the ceric aluminum brass with the addition of trace indium is 6.7 ×10^-3 mm/a, and the polarization resistance of it is greatly improved and the free corrosion current density is reduced.
