摘要
文章所研究的技术属于环境科学的重要研究领域,解决了有色金属工业重金属废水长期不能回用的技术难题,实现了废水在有色冶金生产过程各个工序中回用,使废水总回用率超过90%,循环水污垢热阻小于4.5×10-4m2.℃/W,污垢附着速度小于20 mg/cm2.月,腐蚀速度小于5 mg/dm2.d,现场测定阻垢缓蚀率大于98%。该技术的实施,减轻了环境污染,节约了水资源,推动了有色工业企业的环境保护与科技进步,具有显著的经济、环境与社会效益。
This paper has studied the technology which belongs to the important research areas of environmental science. The technology has solved the technical difficult problem that heavy metals wastewater can not be reused for a long time,and realized the water reuse in various processes of the nonferrous metallurgy production process. The overall recycling rate of waste water is more that 90%, dirt heat-resistance of recycled water less that 4.5 ×10^4m2·℃/W, dirt attached speed less that 20 mg/cm2· months, corrosion rate less than 5 mg/dm2· d, and the corrosion inhibition rate is more that 98 %. The implementation of this technology has reduced environmental pollution, saved water resources and promoted the environmental protection and technological progress of nonferrous industrial enterprises, which has significant economic,environmental and social benefits.
