摘要
采用主量元素匹配法来消除基体干扰,并对反应体系的酸度、还原剂浓度等条件进行了优化。砷、锑的浓度在1~200μg/L范围内与荧光强度成线性关系,该方法回收率为96%~107%,相对标准偏差为4.4%~6.9%。
The major-element matching method was used to eliminate matrix interference. Experimental conditions including acid degree and reducing agent concentration were optimized. Good linear relations with fluorescence strength were obtained for As,Sb in the concentration ranging from lto 200 μg/L. Recovery rates from 96% to 107 % were achieved with relative standard deviation ranging from 4.4% -6.9 %.
