Characteristics of the Commercialization of Living Trees

That living trees can be regarded as a kind of commodity which posses the characteristics of general commodity is discussed according to Marxs theory expounded in his book“On Capitalism”, It is considered that living trees are a special kind of commodity, their special properties make them have a series of characteristics formed in the process of commercialization, i. e., inseparability from forest land, complexity of price estimation, great natural and market risks and strong restriction by laws and regulations. This is why the question “if living trees are a king of commodity and how to commercialize them” has been discussed for a long time among the forestry economists. Only by recognizing the charactreristics formed in the commercialization can these special commodities be commercialized and industrialized.
