The overview and technology trends, especially the market trend and supply chain of the large-scale WTG in Europe and the United States,were emphatically introduced. Now the capacity and blade diameter of WTG is increasing,variable-speed pitches again rise. The technical hot spots,such as mixed-drive and direct-drive,offshore wind farm and grid-connect,all have a breakthrough. The WTG and component manufacturers in the world were briefly introduced. The grid-connect wind farm and its supply chain were also summarized.
