摘要
三峡工程建设过程中,提出了"建好一座电站,带动一方经济,改善一片环境,造福一批移民"的科学发展的水电开发理念。本文论述了其产生的理论和实践背景,表述了其科学本质内涵,并阐述了其在三峡工程建设过程中的具体实践。
In the construction of Three Gorges Project,the scientific developing idea of hydroelectric development construct a power plant,boom the local economy,improve the environments,benefit the immigrants is proposed.This article discusses the background,scientific essential and engineering practice of the theory and idea for this project.
