摘要 稻瘟病是一类由真菌引起的水稻病害,危害极大。水稻中具有抑制稻瘟病菌的功能基因,因此,对此基因进行深入研究具有重要的意义。文中综述了水稻中抗稻瘟病基因的研究概况,阐述了以分子标记定位基因在基因研究以及利用中的作用,详细介绍了近年来被定位甚至克隆的抗稻瘟病基因,总结了这些抗性基因及其产物的相似点和不同之处。 Rice blast is a kind of rice diseases caused by fungi, and is extremely hazardous to rice production. Rice possesses blast resistance genes to suppress the relative pathogeny. It is valuable to research these genes profoundly. The study on blast resistance genes were reviewed in this paper, including the function of molecular markers in investigations and utilizations of the genes, the recently mapped and cloned resistance genes as well as the resemblances and differences of these genes and their products.
