补肾养肺法治疗肺癌放疗所致放射性肺炎45例疗效观察

Study on the Treatment of Radiation Pneumonitis Caused by Lung Cancer Radiotherapy with Nourishing Kidney and Lung Therapy

目的:观察补肾养肺法治疗肺癌放疗所致放射性肺炎的临床疗效。方法:将86例肺癌患者按入院就诊时间随机分为2组(单日为治疗组,双日为对照组),治疗组45例用补肾养肺法配合西药治疗,对照组41例单纯西药治疗,观察临床疗效。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组近期临床疗效、胸片疗效及生存质量明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾养肺法对肺癌放疗所致放射性肺炎有一定治疗作用,与西药联合应用有增效作用,提高了患者的生活质量。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect on the treatment of radiation pneumonitis caused by lung cancer radiotherapy with traditional Chinese medical method for nourishing kidney and lung.Methods: 86 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to their hospital treatment time.The patients in odd-numbered-day were in the treatment group while the patients in duad-numbered-day treatment were in the control group.45 patients in the treatment group were treated with the combination of the nourishing kidney and lung therapy and western medicine while 41 patients in the control group were simply treated with the western medicine.Results: Comparing with the control group,the short-term clinical efficacy,efficacy of chest X-ray and quality of life of the patients in the treatment group was obviously superior to that of the patients in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The nourishing kidney and lung therapy has certain effect on the treatment of the radiation pneumonitis caused by the lung cancer radiotherapy and can improve the patient's quality of life.
