摘要
采用三维有限体积法和无结构网格,对不同进水条件下钢管桩内水泵的进水流态进行了数值模拟研究。结果表明优化了离岸式LNG取水泵站采用大直径钢管桩内取水方案的钢管桩尺寸、开孔形式、布置高程及水泵类型等参数,减小了水泵吸水管内横向流速,抑制了涡流强度,改善了水泵的进水条件。为取水口物模试验及其初步设计提供了相关参数和依据。
Using 3D finite-volume method and unstructured meshes to do numerical simulate research on inlet flow patterns around pump in pile pipe for different inflow conditions. The results show that, the parameters of steel pile pipe size, hole style, elevation, and pump style are optimized. The transverse velocity and the strength of vortex inside suction part around pump are minimized. The inflow condition is improved after the model. The model result provides relevant parameters for future physical model and preliminary design.
