富含苯丙烯酸的天然植物提取物对酪氨酸酶活性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用高压均质均质机进行了富含苯丙烯酸类化合物的天然植物的提取,分别测定了这些天然植物的95%乙醇、石油醚、水提取物对酪氨酸酶的抑制率。结果表明:(1)三种提取剂得到的提取物均对酪氨酸酶具有抑制作用的中药有川芎、当归、酸枣仁、荷莲豆、人参叶、肉桂、白附子、玄参。(2)三种提取剂得到的提取物均对酪氨酸酶具有激活作用的中药有小蓟、向日葵、茵陈、丹参。(3)兴安升麻的水提取物对酪氨酸酶表现出激活作用,而其95%乙醇和石油醚提取物则表现出抑制作用;蒲公英和金银花的水和乙醇提取物对酪氨酸酶表现出激活作用,而其石油醚提取物则为抑制作用。 Natural plants containing 3-phenylacrylic acid family compounds were extracted by high pressure homogenizer. The inhibitory ratios against tyrosinase by extracts from these natural plants using 95 % ethanol, petroleum ether and water as solvent respectively were determined. The results were as follows. (1)The herbals whose extracted with the above solvent were all positive to inhibit the tyrosinase were Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort, Angelica sinensis (Oliv.) Diels, Ziziphus jujube Mill.var.spinosa, (Bunge)Hu ex H.F.CHOU seed, Drymaria Cordata(L.)Willd., Panax ginseng C.A.Mey leaf, Cinnamomum camphoral(L.)Sieb., rhizoma a typhonii, Scrophularia Ningpoensis. (2)The herbals whose extracted with the above solvent were all positive to activate the tyrosinase were Cirsium setosum (Willd.) MB., Lonicera Japonica Thunb, Sunflower, Artemisia capillaries Thumb., Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. (3)The extract of Cimicifuga dahurica (Turcz.) Maxim took activation on tyrosinase when the solvent waws water, but took inhibition on tyrosinase if the solvent was 95 % ethanol or petroleum ether. The extracts of Lonicera japonica Thumb. and Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.Mazz. took activation on tyrosinase if the solvent was water and 95 % ethanol, but took inhibition on tyrosinase when the solvent was petroleum ether.
