反吹风玻纤袋式除尘工艺净化水泥立窑粉尘实践与探讨

摘要 立窑水泥在中国依然占据半壁江山,其粉尘污染严重,超标排放的现象很普遍,除尘设计不合理是其中的关键因素。水泥立窑粉尘浓度波动大、粒度小,除尘难度大,旋风除尘器等无法达标,静电除尘投资较大,运行维护繁琐。反吹风玻纤袋式除尘工艺是有别于目前流行的长袋低压脉冲袋式除尘器,采用其对水泥立窑进行除尘,投资相对较小,除尘效果良好,运行稳定,操作方便。 The production of cement kilns whose dust pollution was serious was still occupied half of China. The phenomenon of excessive discharge was common, and the design of unreasonable dust cleaning system was one of the key factors. The removal of cement kilns pollution was difficult because fluctuations of cement kiln dust concentration were too high and the size of it was too small. The cleaners such as Cyclone can not achieve the designed goal, and electrostatic dust cleaner was too expensive. The anti-hair glass fiber bag filter was better than the long low-pressure pulse bag filter which was popular presently. Its advantages included a relatively small investment, high removal effective, and it was stable, easy to operate.
