摘要
在文章中,对火焰原子吸收光谱法测定磷矿石中氧化镁含量的不确定度进行了评定,分析了测量不确定度的来源,包括标准曲线拟合引入的不确定度、标准溶液的不确定度、试样称量和预处理的不确定度等。通过评定,标准曲线拟合引入的不确定度最大。
The uncertainty of determination of magnesium oxide content in phosphate rock by flame atomic absorption spectrometric method was evaluated. The main sources of uncertainty were analyzed, which included synthesizing of standard curve, the uncertainty of the standard solution, the weight and foreordain disposal of the sample so on. By evaluation, the uncertainty of synthesizing the standard curve plays the largest role in all.
