锅炉过热器蒸汽管道系统的吹扫是大修机组投运前的重要工序。某企业7#煤粉锅炉(以下简称7#炉)过热器改造后,按规范需进行蒸汽吹扫。结合前期9#锅炉蒸汽吹扫时发生的一些不良状况(如临时管道发生弯曲、临时管道支架移位等),主要介绍了7#炉蒸汽吹扫时排汽口的选取,临时管道支架的设置及受力分析与强度计算,制作与安装等。这种简单有效的支撑结构已成功应用于该企业7#炉的施工实践中,极大地降低了施工风险。
The steam blow of Boiler superheater piping system was the important processes before the overhaul unit putting into operation. It was also same to the 7^# powdered coal boiler (refers to as the 7^# stove) according to the standard. In view of the fact that Something occurred(such as the temporary pipe curving, the temporary pipe support shifting, and so on)while thc 9^# stove was swept with steam in the old days, the exhaust port selection, the setting and the strength calculation, the production and installation of the temporary pipe support were all introduced when the 7^# stove was swept with steam. The simple effective support structure was successfully applied in the construction practice of the 7^#stove, It reduced the construction risk.
