The result of Guangdong product quality snpervision spot test of safety valve in 2009 was introduced in the paper. The problems found in spot test, including safety valve sign, lift, re-seating pressure, tight test, and the issue of regulations were analyzed. And according to the problems found in spot test, some suggestions on quality supervision mechanism of safety valve industry in the future were proposed.
