化学包覆法AgWC(20)C(3)触头材料的性能分析及应用 被引量:3

摘要 对化学包覆法AgWC(20)C(3)触头材料的各项性能作了较全面的测试,并与机械混粉法AgWC(12)C(3)触头材料进行对比。试验证明,AgWC(20)C(3)的各项性能指标均优于AgWC(12)C(3)。前者装于我国某新型飞机的断路器中,顺利通过了地面各项性能及五年飞行后的性能考核,目前已经批量使用。在断路器DW10-400、DW10-600、DZ20J-400中也通过了型式试验。 The properties of AgWC(20)C(3) electrical contact material prepared by chemical coating process was tasted. Comparison was also made with such mechanical mixing powder as AgW(12)C(3). It has been proven that AgWC(20)C(3) outperforms AgWC(12)C(3) in all aspects. The application of AgWC(20)C(3) in the aircraft breaker has passed various ground tests as well as property test for the first 5 operational years and has been put into batch utilization. The application of the material has also passed the type verification for the DW10-400, DWl0-600 and DZ20J-400 breaker.
