中牌号无取向电工钢生产方法解析

摘要 综述了中牌号无取向电工钢(抗拉强度为600 MPa以上、高频(W10/400)下使用的电工钢)的生产方法。即,Cu的添加以及控制成品退火的冷却速度;Cu的作用以及各因素的影响;半工艺无取向电工钢板的生产方法;S含量和板坯加热温度对磁性的影响。 The manufacturing method of middle sheets which have middle tensile yield strength steel grade non-oriented electrical steel (600 MPa or higher) and high frequency range (W10/400) was summarized. The discussion involves the addition of copper, the cooling velocity control of final annealing, the role of copper, the effect of other factors, the semi-process setting of composition, the production technology characteristic, and the effect of sulfur content and slab reheating temperature on the magnetic properties.
