泰州市海陵区学龄前儿童龋齿患病率情况调查分析

Investigation of the Prevalence of Dental Caries of Preschoolers in Taizhou Hailing District.

目的调查了解泰州市海陵区3-6岁儿童龋齿发病的情况,为龋病防治提供参考。方法采用随机抽样的方法,选择海陵区部分幼儿园中的3-6岁儿童1433名,同时由受过培训的医师检查儿童口腔情况。结果龋齿患病率与性别无相关关系,随年龄的增长,龋齿患病率、龋均增加(P<0.01),以上颌乳中切牙患病率最高。结论泰州海陵区3-6岁儿童龋齿患病率较高,治疗率偏低,应做好对家长及儿童口腔保健的宣传教育工作。

Aim Taizhou City Hailing survey about dental caries incidence of children aged 3-6 years old and related relationships. Methods Select 1433 children from part of kindergartens in Taizhou Hailing aged 3-6 years old, accompanied by a trained physician check the children＇s oral status. Results Dental caries prevalence was no correlation between genders, The prevalence of dental caries and mean draft increased as children grew up （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Dental caries of maxillary deciduous central incisor were significantly more common than other teeth. Conclusion Taizhou Hailing 3-6 year-olds a high prevalence rate of dental caries, treatment rate is low, should do a good job of parents and children＇s oral health promotion and education.
