摘要
目的探讨骨科出院患者电话随访中存在的问题及对策。方法加强医患合作和医护合作,医护共同参与电话随访,提高随访人员的综合素质,完善电话随访系统,征求病人及家属对医疗护理服务的意见及建议。结果能提高病人对医院的信任度、综合满意度,提升医院的形象,取得良好的社会效益和经济效益。
Aim To investigate nursing care of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with hyponatremia.Methods 46 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） and hyponatremia are selected.Their serinatre is below 130mmol/L.They are cared and Natre injected.Results Hyponatremia can be cured by nursing care and Natre injected.Conclusion The patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with hyponatremia are treated by effective treatment and nursing care.
