摘要
目的探讨PBL教学法在妇科临床教学活动中的作用。方法将到妇科实习的护理大专生92人随机分为实验组46人和对照组46人,实验组将"以问题为基础"的教学模式(PBL)应用到妇科临床教学工作中,以临床问题作为激发学生学习的动力,引导学生把握学习内容,培养学生有效运用知识解决问题的能力。结果PBL临床教学法在培养学生自主学习的能力、理论联系实际的能力、语言表达能力、沟通交流能力、评判性思维的能力、整体护理能力、合作意识及能力方面有明显的性差异P<0.01。结论PBL临床教学法优于传统临床带教模式,PBL临床教学法可提高实习生的临床综合能力。
Aim To explore and assess the effects of the PBL teaching techniques' application in gynecologic clinical teaching- and-learning activities. Methods 92junior college nursing students are taking part in gynecologic clinical practice. They are separated in two groups at random with 46 persons in the testing group and the other 46 in the comparison group. With the testing group the teaching mode "problem based learning" (PBL) is adopted in the gynecologic clinical teaching-and- learning process, using clinical questions to motivate the students' learning desire, to help them master learning points, and foster the ability of using acquired knowledge to solve problems. Results The PBL scheme proves to be apparently different in strengthening the students' ability of learning independently, ability of combining theories with practice, presentation ability of cooperation ability, thinking and judging ability, overall nursing ability, the will and ability of cooperation. P〈0.01. Conclusion PBL teaching scheme is more effective than traditional clinical teaching mode. PBL clinical teaching scheme can help to improve the students' general clinical ability.
