摘要
介绍ISO法检验水泥胶砂强度相关技术快速检测方法。采用了十几种水泥进行试验,以热水养护和沸水养护的两种方法,对十几种水泥进行胶砂试件快速养护强度值的测定,以ISO法试件作为基础,并与之比较,提出了快速推定水泥ISO法28d强度值的回归方程。试验结果表明,两种快速方法的推定结果变异系数均在6%以内,相关系数均在0.8以上,数据表明具有较高的精度,这两种方法对于预测ISO法28d的强度值具有重要的参考价值。
This paper introduced the related technologies of ISO methods on rapid testing cement mortar strength. The research tests the mortar test blocks of more than 10 kinds of different cement both conserved by hot water and warm water to measure the volume of rapid conservation Strength. Based on the research results of the test blocks, and compared with the results, we proposed regression equation for fast presumption of cement of the strength values in 28day using ISO methods. From the results we can see that the coefficients of variation of the presumption results of the two rapid determination methods are both under 6%, and their correlation coefficients are both above 0.8. Those data with high accuracy shows that the two methods play an important role in forecasting the test blocks' strength in the first 28 days using the methods of ISO.
