基于就业导向的高职实践教学内容体系的研究

Research on Practical Teaching System of Higher Vocational Education Based on Employment Orientation

职业教育面向就业,以就业为导向是对高职教育应用性人才培养提出的基本要求。在职业教育中,应用性人才职业能力的培养离不开实践教学环节。提出构建一套以"项目包"为主体,融基本技能项目包、专业技能项目包、综合技能项目包和岗位技能项目包"四位一体"和由"项目包—项目—模块—任务"梯度式的实践教学内容体系。

Employment-orientation is the basic requirement for higher vocational education. In vocational education, professional ability training of application-oriented talents is inseparable from practical teaching, this paper proposes to build a set of ＂project package＂ composed of basic skills, professional skills, comprehensive skills and job-related skills as well as the gradient practical teaching system of ＂Project Package-Project-Module-Task＂. This practical teaching system can be used as an effective teaching pattern for higher vocational education.
