Braun静脉剥脱器与传统剥脱器治疗大隐静脉曲张的对比研究

A comparative study of Braun venostrip and traditional stripper for treatment of varicose of great saphenous vein

目的对比研究Braun静脉剥脱器与传统剥脱器治疗大隐静脉曲张的临床效果。方法将40例大隐静脉曲张患者随机分为两组,每组20例,A组采用Braun静脉剥脱器,B组采用传统金属剥脱器。比较两组切口数、一次性剥脱成功率、术后疼痛、手术时间、术后住院时间、并发症等指标。结果A组比B组的切口数、手术时间显著降低,一次性剥脱成功率增高(P<0.05或P<0.01),术后疼痛、术后住院时间、并发症发生率差异无显著性。结论使用Braun静脉剥脱器疗效优于使用传统金属剥脱器。

Objective To comparatively study the efficacy of Braun venostrip and traditional stripper for treatment of varicose of great saphenous vein. Methods 40 patients with great saphenous vein varicosity undergone sur-gical treatment were randomly assigned to Braun venostrip group （group A） and traditional stripper group （group B）. The number of surgical incision, one - time successful rate of stripping, post - operative pain, duration of surgery, postoperative hospitalization time and complications of the 2 groups were compared. Results Less surgical incisions and shorter time of surgery but more one - time successful rate of stripping were found in group A,compared to those in group B, there were statistically significant differences （ P ,0.05 or P 〈（0.01）. There were no significant differences in comparison of post - operative pain, post - operative hospitalization time and complications. Conclusion The effficacy of surgery for great saphenous vein varicosity with Braun venostrip was better than that with traditional stripper.
