桂西山区女性性服务者性病艾滋病筛查与健康教育干预效果评价

Sexually transmitted diseases/AIDS screening for female sex workers from rural areas of west Guangxi and evaluating the efficacy of health education intervention

目的探讨在性病门诊对女性性服务者(FSW)性传播疾病/艾滋病(STD/AIDS)筛查与健康教育干预效果。方法在桂西山区规范化性病门诊对FSW进行STD/AIDS筛查,针对性临床追踪治疗与健康教育,评价其有效性及可行性。结果374人STD/AIDS筛查及相关认知行为调查,经过临床追踪治疗与健康教育,性病感染率及STD/AIDS知识正确知晓率由47.50%与68.30%,分别下降与提高到38.50%与90.60%,安全套使用率由教育前的55.50%提高到86.80%。结论在性病门诊对目标人群STD/AIDS筛查及健康教育纳入日常防治STD/AIDS诊疗中,能有效地提高该人群遵医行为及自觉改变高危性行为的依从性,得到目标人群与医务人员认可,具有一定的推广意义。

Objective To evaluate results of sexually transmitted diseases （STD）/AIDS screening for female sex workers （FSW） and the health education intervention for FSW in outpatient venereology clinic. Methods In outpatient standardization clinic, we carried on STD/AIDS screening, targetly clinical followup treatment and health education intervention for FSW and evaluated their availability and feasibility. Results 374 participated in STD/AIDS screening and correlative cognition inestigation, after clinical followup treatment and health education, infected rate of STD/AIDS decreased from 47.50% to 38.50% and cognition rate of STD/AIDS increased from 68.30% to 90. 60%, the usage of condoms increased from 55.50% to 86.80%. Conclusion In outpatient venereology clinic, STD/AIDS screening and health education prevention for target group people being arranged in daily work can effectively improve this group people compliance of treatment and changed the high risk sex behaviour, which is accepted by target group and medical workers and is worth of widely recommended.
