p33ING1在肺癌中的表达及临床意义

摘要 目的探讨p33ING1在肺癌发生、发展过程中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测肺癌术后病理标本26例(包括癌旁组织)、肺良性疾病18例中p33ING1的表达,以及P53在不同肺组织标本中的表达。结果肺良性病变及癌旁组织标本p33ING1均呈阳性表达(100%),肺癌组织p33ING1表达率仅为55.56%(15/26),显著低于前两项(P均<0.01)。肺癌组织中p33ING1表达与肿瘤的分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结的转移及分化有关(P<0.05);p33ING1与P53在胃癌组织中的表达呈负相关(P<0.001)。结论p33ING1与P53同时检测其表达水平,对于肺癌的诊断和治疗有积极临床意义。 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical expression of p33ING1 in genesis and development of p33ING1. Methods An immunohistochemical method was used to detect the levels of p33ING1 in 26 post -operatieve lung cancer tissue specimen (including ajacent cancer tissues) and 18 cases with lung benign lesions, as well as detecting the expression of P53 in different lung tissue specimen. Results Positive p33ING1 were found in all tissues of lung benign lesions and ajacent cancer tissues (100 % ), the positive expression rate of p33ING1 in lung cancer tissues was only 55.56% (15/26), which was statistically significant lowered than the first two groups ( P 〈 0.01). In lung cancer tissues, the expression of p33ING1 was associated with the differentiation degree of tumor, TNM staging, the metastasis and differentiation of lymph node ( P〈0.05). p33ING1 expression was inversely associated with P53 in lung cancer tissues ( P〈0. 001). Conclusion Detection of p33ING1 and P53 levels simutaneously plays an clinical significane of diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.
